Aleesa Khan, a 17-year-old writer, hails from Kashmir valley. She feels a strong inclination towards poetry and art and believes that poetry helps her to cope up with the uncertainties of life. She has been writing stories and poems since she was eight and draws her inspiration from nature. Most of her poems revolve around the theme of nature but she also writes about human emotions and various other things. Drowning In Stars is her debut book.
