The author has been working in MP government school education department on various posts for more than 30 years. At present he is a District Project Coordinator in Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan presently posted at Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh. He has also taught English language and Psychology subjects in Government Colleges of Teacher Education, for several years. The author has worked at the grassroot level in the education department. He has also received training from English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) Hyderabad.
