AnuAnanthan hails from the traditional Tamil Viswakarma family, ‘Kaattumpurath Veedu’, a family that has been fortunate enough to design and build many temples, their Dhwajas (Flag poles), and sculptures, across the world.

He is a disciple of Sri Vezhaparambil Chithrabhanu Namboothiripad, the Vastu Scholar, and Veda Shiromani.

AnuAnanthan is also a popular producer and presenter in the Malayalam television and film industry. He has documented the construction, significance, and greatness of the ‘Dhwaja’ of Sabarimala in his documentary “Sabareeshante Dwajasthambam”. On the same subject, he has written a book titled ‘SankaranKovilil Ninnu Sabarimalayileku’ which will soon be published by DC Books.

AnuAnanthan is the CEO and Director of Artisans Handicrafts & Metals; Artisans Maintenance & Traditional Trading Company and Ambadi Productions.
