“Phul Changri” is written by the Indian dalit poet Dr. Arjun Mugri. Apart from being a poet, Mugri is very passionate about music. He is a vocalist, songwriter, actor and video & radio personality. He is also part of local famous folk team of Dhol Muhuri Kala Parishad, Balangir. Simultaneously Dr. Mugri is an eminent social, political activist as well as popular social reformer.
