Mr. Das is the Assistant Headmaster and the former teacher-in-charge of Kakharda Ramakrishna High School (HS). He has completed his master‘s degree in English and Education from Vidyasagar University and
Netaji Open University respectively. He has been trained in Diploma in English language teaching (DELT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and basic Graphology courses from NSOU, Nilesh Goswami, and KIG respectively. He is trained in memory techniques and is a renowned memory trainer. He is a specialist in cooperative learning and inclusive learning pedagogy. sole aim is to teach students how to lead a happy, and healthy life – physically, emotionally, and socially. He has organized various workshops and seminars in different schools by his organization named ̳Mindeye‘. He has studied Student Psychology.
