Dr. H. C Upadhyay is a prolific writer, commentator and trainer in law and a champion of Rule of Law. He holds the coveted degrees of M. Com, M.A, LL.M, Ph.D. and D.Litt. from the Osmania, Bombay and Ranchi universities. Besides he has also acquired post graduate diploma in e-commerce with distinction from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Dr. Upadhyay has rich experience of collegiate teaching for over a decade and thereafter of legal practice in high courts. For a brief stint, he has also rendered his services to the Republic of Kenya as its senior law officer. He is quite active as a bar leader. His association with the country’s oldest lawyers’ organization, the Bar Association of India as its life member, Secretary for undivided A.P State and Joint General Secretary has made him a respectable bar leader of national stature.

To his credit there are over 2,000 published articles on the subjects of law, economics, management and Intellectual Property Rights.
