Dr Pankaj Kumar Jha was born and brought up at Chakauti Village, Sitamadhi District of Bihar. He graduated and post graduated from Patna University in 1985 and 1987 respectively. He had also qualified JRF(Maithili) from UGC in 1987. He competed BPSC in 1989 and started his service. He has 25 years of experience in Cooperative banking under Bihar Government and has won many awards during his service. Below are some of his achievements:
