The author of the book Dr. Saugath Roy did is Schooling from Rashtriya Military School, Dholpur Rajasthan and obtained his Bachelor’s, Master’s degree in Commerce with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and Ph.D on the topic of employees service jurisprudence in India from University of Rajasthan Jaipur under the supervision and guidance of Professor Navin Mathur.

The author obtained his LL.B degree from University Law College-II Jaipur and is practicing Advocate in Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur. He has attended National and International Seminars also.
