‘Let the cool breeze blow’ is a collection of Short Stories, written by Mr. Jagdish Chander Khera; under his pseudonym Gautam Jagdish. Mr. Khera is a retired senior banker from State Bank. He did his post-graduation from Panjab University Chandigarh, way back in 1969. After a short stint as a Lecturer in two colleges, he somehow landed in bank job where he continued for 37 long years. In the twilight years of his retirement, he has found his first love- of writing. In his reminiscences, Mr. Khera has reflected on what he saw in his life as a child, as a teacher, and chiefly as a banker. What was earlier in the domain of close friends’ circle, is now in the public domain, in the book titled ‘ Let the cool breeze blow’.This is the first attempt by Mr. Khera to delve into his simple but eventful past.
