Born in 1951 in Machilipatnam, a port town in the east coast of India. Mr. M Siva Ram Prasad is graduated in commerce and became a Chartered Accountant and started practicing in his profession in 1977 from Hyderabad. Further expanded his activities to New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Jalgaon. Started a financial services company Proman Consultants Pvt Ltd to advise establishing Industrial enterprises at a time when industrialization in MSMEs was at a nascent stage and development was a buzzword. Involved as an advisor for 8 IPO’s from 1984 to 1993 and was associated in about ten technology transfers from different countries and served as Director in companies. Associated with social service and educational institutions. Authored “ Handbook on Statutory Audit of Bank ” bringing the requirements of Statutory Central Audit and Branch Audit of bank at one place and another book ” My Views and Reviews ” in two volumes, a collection of his articles on contemporary policies in the areas of the economy, finance and corporate laws along with the review of about 47 different industries and their evolution, problems and prospects.
