Author Madhuri Vaidya is a Marathi writer. She has published many books in Marathi in different forms. She worked with the Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai for 37 long years and has now retired as an officer. Her
hobby of writing since childhood has now taken a tangible form. She writes in English and Hindi too. This is her first effort to translate her own book Local – Local which came
out from her long local train traveling experience in Mumbai.
