Shalbha Singh was born in the city of Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh. She has done Masters in law from National Law Institute University Bhopal and B.A.LL.B. from Bangalore University. Down the years she has been a practising lawyer, a lecturer in Law college, a researcher, a legal advisor in a few companies and NGO’s. She lives in Bhopal at M.P. with her family.
