Naphirisa Kordor Tariang hailing from the Abode of Clouds is an ardent lover of folktales, myths and legends passed on through many generations. She takes in the sights and sounds of the world around her, pricking up her ears and fastening her gaze on stories embedded within nature and life itself. A storyteller navigating through the maze of life scouring for gems of thoughts and insights ingrained with nature and culture, the interwoven strands embroidering the tapestry of her writing. She has published two novels, The North Star and The Canvas of Time along with three other books of poems.
