Narendra Sudan was born in Dehradun but originally he belongs to the States of Jammu and Kashmir. His father, Mr. Amar Nath Sharma was in the Indian Army. Being an army brat required him to transfer places quite often because of which his education started in Delhi and moving ahead through Punjab and Haryana, finished in Madhya Pradesh. Living between different cultures, having friends from different regions, and having to leave them every 2-3 years in a very young age is probably what sowed the seed of poetry and overwhelming emotions in the author. He found a different sense of serenity in writing and the feeling remains the same till date. The author believes that most of us have a poet in us in the fragile age of 13-14 years. The intensity may vary, but the emotions remains the same. The author himself started writing at the age of 13-14. Pen and paper have been means for the author to be able to talk to himself.

Before this, a book written by the author named, “Tere Sang, Tere Bin” having hindi poems has been published. The book has received unimaginable love and support from the audience. Almost all the poems written by the author are moments of his life that he has lived and experienced. So far the author has been writing for a single person as his audience, his beloved wife. They fell in love and they got married.
