Awarded fellowships from United Nations, UNESCO, JICA & Research Institute of Developing Countries Warsaw. He has served as a senior officer in various ministries of Govt of India. Advisor to Govt of NCT Delhi, Consultant for ÇEPTAM DRDO & Rajya Sabha Secretariat. Ex-editor for Govt. publications ‘Lodestar’ / ‘Dhruvtara’. Also officiated as a jury member for Annual Doordarshan awards. His poetic journey started with ‘Nayan ki Naav’ and ‘Mayali’ followed by Hindi-Polish poetry books Pogoda and & Zindabre.
