In general, rural and indigenous students are at the lowest point of literacy rate and at a higher risk of dropping out, compared to the rest. Thus, the book is intended to bring a revival in rural education by providing classroom-based exposure through the means of effective production of ELT materials in a second language classroom.

Nevertheless, the so called dominion status granted to India was on account of the glittering personality of Neta Ji Subash Chandra Bose and sacrifices of the Azad Hind Fauz as divulged by the British Prime Minister Clement Attlee to Justice P.V. Chuckraborty, former Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court.
