A Country is a Paradise when it is under a good Leadership; Paradise could become hellish when there is no governance”.
“Democracy is pretentious, unless we emancipate from the political system, it will disparage the concept of democracy”.“Politics and Democracy are two different ideologies. They are inseparably mixed; a suitable mechanism or a solvent is needed to elute this mixture for the good of this Country. Perhaps this The New Constitution of India 2018, may be a chromatography to eluting the mixture.” The Author says: ‘he has not done anything that infringes the fundamental rights of anyone, No derogation of fundamental rights, No inconsistency affecting the scope of Article 13(1) or Article 13(2) of the Constitution of India. Even assuming that some of them are, it is for the Government and the Courts to apply the Doctrine of Eclipse or on the Doctrine of Severability. Mechanical interpretation on this ‘New Constitution of India 2018’ might be atrophied or fossilised, but the organic might not !’. It is up to the Government to study, to find a way to implement without affecting the earlier judgements of High Court and Supreme Court on the Constitutional issues. Two main issues are involved:- 1) Whether the substance contained in this ‘The New Constitution of India 2018’ is derogative of fundamental rights within the meaning of Article 13(1) or under Article 13 (2)? 2) Whether the Parliament is having power to exercise its constitutional authority by way of addition, variation or repeal any provision as contemplated under Article 368 of the Constitution? ‘The New Constitution of India 2018’ helps a lame dog over the stile, to emancipate or unshackling the political system which disparaged the democracy in this country. The Author, 72 years of age, is with 43 years of experience as an Advocate. He is Senior Member in the Bar and Notary in Tamil Nadu. He is an Advocate on roll in the Supreme Court (OS) New Delhi. The Author has visited several foreign countries including England, USA, Scotland, France, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Paris. In 2012, the Author came to Bangalore with the intention of opening an additional office, but unfortunately, he was diagnosed for cancer and other problems and was to undergo 10 major operations one after the other till Feb 2018. He needs to be in Bangalore for few more months on the advice of doctors on health grounds.
All the Lost Souls is my first book and when we talk about a soul we open the mind to parallel universes of energies and emotions. Thus, the poems are not on any one theme or genre, every poem is unique and individual just like different people and their different experiences in the same life. These poems were written over the span of about 6 months at different stages and situations of life. Many are inspired by nature, human emotions, empathy, hurt, and creative imagination. I like to believe that whoever reads this book will find at least one poem they can completely relate to. And especially, this book is for those who feel so deeply but often lack the craft of expression. May it help the ones who need it.

Sanchayana is a collection of three stories. Man’s actions, which are based on his thought process, are based on his beliefs which depend on his mindset, which is formed based on his experiences and the way he perceive the experiences and act upon them. All these things that amused the author have become stories here. Our existence obtains clarity always from others’ perspective. Amidst the ever-changing perspectives by the relationships that have a name and the ones that do not, it is amusing the way we realize our very own existence. In today’s times where everything is artificially designed, sponsored, fabricated and manufactured for consumption, these stories travel back to the past. ‘The Wheel of Creation’ is the English translation of the collected volume of Hindi poems ‘Srishti Chakra’. Man is an integral part of creation. His life is governed by the law of universe. The human intellect categorizes things for convenience of understanding. This categorization leads to disintegrated view of creation. The consequences of this disintegrated view can be witnessed in the thinking strategy of a person. Science versus spirituality is one such example of disintegrated vision. This disintegrated vision is one of the root causes of loss of peace in the world. The poems of this collection aim to unite spiritual and scientific consciousness to reveal the magical nature of energy flowing through the entire universe, which plays a significant role in the life of living beings.
As Liberation War ended on 16th December in 1971 in erstwhile East Pakistan, a new nation emerged as Bangladesh with lofty ideals of democracy, socialism and secularism. Ironically, these dreams stood crushed as years rolled by and hit 46th year with the nation heading for another election.
Democracy and peoples’ rights seem to have become victims under the major dynastic political parties like Awami League and Bangladesh Nationalist Party. What added to the problem has been sudden Chinese presence with Indian influence waning; and huge Rohingya refugees. The book is based on interviews and tours, which reveals a gloomy outcome— election without democracy in a strategically important nation.

Diva: The Ocean Princess is her debut novel, inspired by her daughter Diva. It’s a beautiful story of love and sacrifice, more than that it’s a story of winning of truth over evil. Readers across all ages can relate to the story. The story’s inception took place in a water tub where the author’s little daughter was bathing, seeming just like a fish.
God’s grace makes us create and write something. Being a humble learner always, I think these are the churned recollections of all that I have gone through the books of literature. Ideas are always on their toes. If you do not entertain them they fly away in the jiffies. The lines on water become lines on stones if we keep on brushing them up time to time.
Nidhi Vinekar thinks the worst that could happen in the next two weeks is her ex getting married. She couldn’t have been more wrong.
The 25-year-old data analyst in Bangalore accepts
the business contract that takes her to another city believing it would be
a good way to keep her mind off the wedding – not realising that soon
that would be the least of her worries.
As she travels back home at the end of the two-week
business trip, she is convinced
she has run out of luck (of which she had plenty, she admits),
that she has been betrayed, and that she is going to get fired
from the job she’s so good at.
So, who then is this man she is waiting for, or more accurately
pretending to not wait for, at the railway station?
Why isn’t he there?
Would she really get fired?
Has Lady Luck really spurned her?
Both of us were always in a fight.
He won over my friends,
I won in life.
He always wanted to marry this girl,
I ended up calling her my wife.
