Imagine a world where you’re surrounded by people, yet alone. In this world, your mind stops time just as things progress from bad to worse so that your endless fall into the abyss of fear is nothing more than a flash flood of horrible memories and regrets. This is the world of one man — a man whose quest for answers and redemption leads him into just such an inescapable world. Join him as he goes on a journey through his mind, through the light and the dark, to the furthest reaches of his heart and mind, hoping desperately to find the answers that will give him a semblance of peace while he holds onto the few things that still make him smile. This is the world of ‘The Forsaken.’ “Every coin has two sides, and every side has two reasons. Every reason has an explanation. The deeper you go, the more detailed it gets; the more the detail, the harder the quest. Whether God is in the details or the Devil is,we may never know.”

In this book, the author has tried his best not only to drain out certain sticky and contradictory items in “The Constitution of India 2018,” but also passionately suggest a new system that involves a fusion of federalism, feudalism and secularism. In this system, the Central Government is maintained as the logistic center, while the sovereign is shared with the State in such a way that there is no overlap of power, allowing the State Government to function independently. This system will regulate the central political party’s power and ensure that it is not misused or concentrated in their hands but monitored by the State Advisory Board of council, Auditor General, and Budget Committee under the doctrine of check and balance. Indeed, it is a function of the Government to oversee or veto acts of Government that facilitate fraud, omission, errors, etc. “Democracy is pretentious, unless we emancipate from the political system, it will disparage the concept of democracy.” Politics and Democracy are two different ideologies. They are inseparably mixed; a suitable mechanism or a solvent is needed to elute this mixture for the good of this Country. Perhaps this book, “The New Method for the Formation of State Government,” may provide a chromatography solution to eluting the mixture. This book does not contain anything that infringes on the fundamental rights of anyone. There is no derogation of fundamental rights, and no inconsistency affecting the scope of Article 13(1) or Article 13(2) of the Constitution of India. Even assuming that some of them are, it is for the Government and the Courts to apply the Doctrine of Eclipse or on the Doctrine of Severability. Mechanical interpretation on this ‘New Constitution of India 2018’ might be atrophied or fossilised, but the organic interpretation might not. It is up to the Government to find a way to implement the new method without affecting the earlier judgements of High Court and Supreme Court on Constitutional issues.

Over a decade now the country has been witnessing rising disharmony in the lifestyle of the youngsters, worst affected of whom are the aspiring students for higher studies, love affair, marital discord, social tensions, ideological conflicts among different faiths, castes, creeds, working executives, crimes against women, foetus, infanticide driving them to a state of desperation, frustration, birth of negativity, all of which are considered as reasons for development of psychological, physiological, social conflicts and confrontations within the relationships, the society, educational institutions, working environment and so on, a sense of solitude and desertedness seems to be embracing the youngsters and teenagers , pushing them to extreme end of life, suicides. This is attributable to the loss of self belief coupled with pressure to achieve edge in competitive spheres of life. Another most disturbing factor is the school going kids resorting to extreme steps in life as a matter of hurting their sentiments and social mix due to failure in examinations, disgracing circumstances brought upon them in general and mostly occurring in schools. They belong to a different age and their sensitiveness has sharply risen in their comparative self analysis than what was there hitherto. Author is also an ordinary person and believes in himself and the GOD, the Qualities of the God as written in the Holy Scripts and recited daily by all the Faiths that insulate the person from becoming a victim of negativity and give new hope for appreciating the essence, purpose and meaning of life – to struggle and succeed. Struggling itself is a way of life for different persons in different ways; it includes spiritual and physical, the combination of which creates a sense of self respect, the foundation for human survival. Author considered it compulsiveness to wake them up through the ways and means GOD has created for humans. Author believes the book will reawaken the self belief, self faith, self confidence and self conviction sensitizing by oneself of what is hidden within one SELF that can become a GLOW to appreciate the life and the beauteous nature that enables birth of POSITIVITY IN LIFE.

In this book we have tried to view Rama & Hanuman, with a slightly different angle, which has not been explored as much as it should have been, i e their professional management skills. A lot has been said about the philosophy of Krishna & Geeta for professional management. As far as Rama is concerned we have in general confined him as an ideal of maryada only which might be applicable in Satya Yug or Treta Yug, the period of Rama but is impractical in modern days of so called professionalism or KalYug. Here we have tried to prove that Rama and Hanuman were the professional management experts, Gurus and all the decisions and philosophy followed by them was based on scientific, logical and management principles which are very much true even today. Incidentally none of them ever showed or used any supernatural powers of being Gods, but behaved like a normal human being all the time. In one line we can say in very simple language, that Rama’s wife was kidnapped by the most powerful king on the earth at that time. Rama, being in exile, had no infrastructure, no means to search her and recover his wife from that powerful king. He had no army, no money or anything else. But using his professional management skills of leadership, statesmanship, diplomacy, motivational skills etc, developed a huge powerful army of unknown bears and monkeys and motivated them to that level that they were ready to fight and even lay down their lives for him, bare footed, bare hands against the most powerful, trained army equipped with the most dreaded arms and ammunition, raths, horses elephants etc. They not only fought but won the battle for him. During all this Rama or Hanuman never ever used their supernatural powers of being God or bhrum. The book has been designed like a management book, covering all the areas of personal management and administration like – Leadership, Decision making, Grievance Redressal, reward & compensation, Temperament, Stress management etc. Various instances ( dohas, chopais and sholokas ) have been quoted to support Ramcharitmanas, Ramayana & Geeta. As case study Bharat, Angad and Arjuna have been discussed.

This book briefly traces how the living systems emerged on the earth, created the biosphere and a cyclic energy regime of nature’s economy over the geological time scale. Whereas in a short span of a few centuries, the productive industrial agricultural apparatus has depleted and exhausted the natural resources, compromised the quality of human food and marginalized the dominant human community, the small and marginal farmers. In the concluding chapters ways and means to reconceptualize agriculture to sort out its relationship with nature are highlighted.

At the Fag end of my 35 years service life in a Govt. sector, I have written a book with the Title “Down the memory lane”, where the title itself reflects the contents of the book. During my 35 years of journey, I have worked in different states and locations within our country and closely observed and enjoyed the rich heritage of Indian culture, mingled with the different people having different languages and behaviour and enjoyed, explored the natural beauty of the places wherever I was posted. In fact, during my service I came across enormous hurdles and with positive endeavour, I built up a successful carrier. The book will reveal before the readers that how much challenging is the Government job, especially for those, who are working in a service sector with commercial set up. I have tried to focus on the working of our esteemed organization and while reading, readers may at a glance have an idea that how our pioneer organization is putting its effort in Nation building, how it achieved a “Mini Ratna” status among the Public Sector Undertakings, facing stiff challenges from the Private competitors, where the innovative ideas of management and never give up spirit of staff are instrumental for its successful growth. By sharing my rich experiences, I have tried to give a message to the new generation of the Corporation that how honesty, sincerity and devotion can make them perfect and at the same time make them successful in every sphere of life. Always be positive and through innovative plans, they can come up as a true leader, without any stress, or frustration. If my book motivates and inspire anybody, all my efforts towards writing the book will be successful. Hope all sections of readers will find the book interesting and I will eagerly wait for the valuable feedback from the reader

So all that I know about love is that it is not always smooth. Love at first might be a difficult thing but when you love someone, if you are determined to make it work, you make it work. Love is not always going for walks or giving flowers to each other but it is about healing each other. Love is about holding each other up when the whole world turns black. And when only hope you are left with is that one person. And no matter what happens if it is real it will always stay, this is what he taught me. It is love that taught me to have faith in everything between what remains and what not. And when you are in love, you become source of comfort and growth for each other. You accept each other with open arms in spite of all the flaws. You find happiness in each other, you feel home in each other. You become sunrise and sunset for each other. You know it is love, when you need not to shield them from your fears. You feel them in each and every breath taken, in each and every beat of heart. May be I can’t describe love but I know it is not earned but it is given. But it is we who make it hard, make it suffering but if it is real we are always drawn towards those little magical initiations of love. And slowly they leave a mark on your soul, the way he left on mine. Our stars collided and we became a part of each other and finally he became the Lord of my heart.
