SUBIR ADHICARY

The author is a civil engineering graduate from erstwhile University Of Roorkee( now IIT). He has written more than 150 stories -some of them have appeared in prestigious magazines. He is a avid theatre artist -actor and director, a cartoonist and a stage anchor. His writing style is unique and lucid. Humour flows through his writing. His detailing of the scenes is meticulous and it transports the readers to the scene .His first book " BEYOND MY BLINKERS" published in 2018 is still a bestseller. The book has earned excellent reviews with one from the Hon'ble Vice President of India. He has also abridged and illustrated the classic "David Copperfield" for young readers.The author ,now 71, stays in Delhi. He writes in English, Bengali and Hindi with equal ease.
