Meet the Author

Dr. K.M Mishra

Dr. Krishna Mohan Mishra was born in a small village in Bhagalpur, in Bihar. He studied Medicine at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and obtained his MBBS degree and MD in Neurology. He worked at a mission hospital in Patna, Bihar. Growing up he observed various approaches to medical practice including Ayurvedic, Homeopathy, Faith Healing, Naturopathy, and Hakimi (Unani). At BHU he taught modern Medicine to both medical and Ayurved students. After moving to London, England, he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and practiced Modern Medicine in Hertfordshire for nearly forty years. He lives with his wife Kalyani in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, while his son Amitabh lives in Norwich, England with his wife Eleanor and two children Kalimohan and Anjali.
