Mr.Dnyaneshwar .B. Shinde, He is presently Ph.D scholar (Food science and Technology) at Warner College of Dairy Technology in SHUATS Allahabad, U.P.,India. He worked as Assistant Professor of Department of Food Business Management at Sau. K.S.K. alias ‘KAKU’ College of Food Technology, Beed (M.H). He has Handling charge of Training and Placement cell and having 8 years of experience in teaching and the same field. He has written many research articles in UGC approved journal and also published one Book titled ‘Entrepreneurship Development and Communication Skill’ with (ISBN No. 978-93-8194-863-7).He had also Published many Marathi article in different newspaper and magazines.

Mr. Balajee. S. Mete He is presently working as Assistant Professor (Dept. of Food Process technology) at Sau. K.S.K. alias ‘Kaku’ College of Food Technology, Beed. He has three year experience in teaching. He has handling charge of sensory evaluation of food laboratory at KSK CFT, Beed. He has published more than three research papers and written two different chapters in books. He has also written different Marathi articles in Agrowon news paper and magazines.
