Prem Ki Gar Li Kasam

Born in Ayodhya district of Uttar Pradesh in a farmers family; the author is a retired officer from Department of Posts.He had an interest in poetry writing right from his college days, which blossomed forth during his tenure as an Instructor at Postal Training Centre, Saharanpur where he regularly contributed his articles /poems to the house journal of the Institute " KENDRAVANI " edited by late Shri Tej Ram Sharma, the then Director of the Centre as also a literary luminary of Himachal Pradesh State under whose mentorship he used to organise periodical poets; symposia --Hindi/Urdu mixed --and participated in recitals too. There he had been a member of Editorial Board of another house journal " Postal Development And Management " , during the stint of next Director of the Institute , Dr. K.B.H. Nayar .From time to time his poems were published in varous regional Hindi magazines/news papers. Finally he has been active on social media since 2015.
