DALBIR BHARTI

Dr. Dalbir Bharti (b. 14th April 1960) is a former IPS officer (1987 batch) and presently Delhi NCR based Advocate. He is M.A. (Pol. Sc.), LL.B. (University Topper) and Ph.D. (Mumbai). He has written five other books on the Constitution, Police, Law and Social subjects. One of his books has been awarded Pt. Govind Vallabh Pant Puraskarby the Government of India in 2011. His one chapter has been published in the Routledge Handbook of South Asian Criminology, published from New York and London and released in August 2019.
