As a corporate trainer, Jones has conducted many high-quality Executive Development Programs for major corporations. Jones has authored research articles in international journals, popular thought articles in the top Indian media outlets published case studies in international case repositories, and won international case writing competitions. His first book “The Leadership Essentials – A Practical Workbook for Success” was published in 2020.

He is currently the Director of Measure Lifesciences Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru. A science graduate and an MBA in Marketing, Partha has also been trained at The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. In his corporate career, Partha has built multiple teams with a strong ethical and business orientation, where he mentored numerous young professionals who are leaders in the industry today.
