seeing To SEEING

We human beings are endowed with five senses. We get information from these senses. We discuss a lot about listening as an important skill arising out of the sense of Hearing. In the same way our sense of Sight being the dominant sense, can we not think of Seeing Skills?

The book attempts to bring out the importance of seeing skills. Further it talks about seeing on a larger perspective to enhance creative imagination and visualization. The book captures the essence of seeing in a metaphorical statement “I see and don’t SEE”. The metaphor will become obvious upon reading the book.

The book would enable the readers to become aware about the potential of meaningful seeing;  to adopt and apply an easy process for developing seeing skills for productive use in day to day life; to enhance the sensibility of the power of sight, to appreciate all around including the nature and its creation; to develop attitude and motivation from the personalities from various walks of life who have contributed to the society through their meaningful seeing; to strengthen meaningful seeing with creative imagination and visualization. Importantly, this simple book would engage anyone including school children, students, parents, teachers and professionals and everyone to derive overall benefit. There is a saying by a well-known Philosopher-“The whole of life lies in the verb seeing”.

Essentially the book deals with the verb seeing and its impact to strengthen the SELF
