The book deals with a social cause, mainly youth competency. The author intends to provide solutions to the issues youngster are facing and delve into the resources they have with them but are unable to utilize. The youth are like fishes in the same bowl; this book intends to inspire these fishes to move out of the particular bowls in order to prove themselves and leave their signatures. The author believes that everyone in the world has a signature & here, in this book, he intends to come out with the same signature and prove its existence. In the present scenario, the youth community is standing at the crossroads, like in the poem ‘The road not taken’ by Robert Frost. The author has come up with a solution that involves choosing the road within.
Eldo George Varghese is the first Indian to be appointed as the chairman of Youth Participation & Leadership Development Committee – an Asia & Pacific Alliance of YMCA’s.
