Dr. Sakhawliana is working as ‘Assistant Professor- Dept. of Public Administration, Govt.
Kamalanagar College, Mizoram. He has qualified UGC NET in 2001, and continued
research on ‘Urban Local-Self Government in India’, in the Department of Public
Administration, Mizoram University (MZU). He has obtained a Ph.D. in this University in
2011. He has presented several papers both in National and International Seminars /
Conference. He has attended various workshops on Teaching, Research, and Information
& Communication Technology. He has written books on ‘Public Administration for Class
XI & XII’, and has published many Articles, book chapters, and research Papers in different Journals and Books.
