Born in the Historical town of Cambay (Khambhat), a small town in Gujarat. The author was fortunate to be related to the Royal family of erstwhile Khambhat state, which gave him an opportunity to be convent educated in one of the best schools (St.Andrews Bandra) and colleges (St.Xaviers College) of Bombay, the Mumbai of today.
