Author Biography Prior to publishing this book he has written and published short stories, poems and won prizes. Published articles in english on Management issues. Worked with M/S.Tata Chemicals for 37 long years and retired in the year 2009 after attaining superannuation. Retained by the Tata Management one year after retirement in 2010.
