Dr. Simriti is a post graduate in anatomy and a senior medical officer in Jammu and Kashmir Health Services. She is, at present, a demonstrator in the Department of Anatomy, GMC, Jammu. She is also a first-aid master trainer at Indian Red Cross Society and a social worker. All these experiences have helped her write this book.

Dr. Bias Dev is an orthopaedic surgeon with a keen interest in spine surgery. He is an assistant professor of orthpaedics at GMC Jammu and a medical researcher with many publications under his name. He is also a social worker and is currently working on the prevention of preventable medical conditions in society.
