Eldo George Varghese is the first Indian to be appointed as the chairman of Youth Participation & Leadership Development Committee – an Asia & Pacific Alliance of YMCA’s. His first book Fortunate Failure received a lot of acclaim and was truly an eye opener for the youth community. Eldo is one of the few motivational speakers who takes his class with a difference, showcasing his examples as case-studies. He believes that if a normal individual like him can change, the audience listening to him can do wonders. The works of Eldo is mainly being introduced to youngsters to bring a change.
