The author Hari Babu E, LL.B., F.C.A., has been a Chartered Accountant practicing for 30 years in Khammam town of Telangana state. Having once contested to Assembly, he understood the bad state of politics and studied constitution to find whether the largest constitution of the biggest democracy, written by Dr. Ambedkar, could cause such a fiasco and found that whatever is taking place in India, in the name of the constitution, is just opposed to what has been stated in it; hence, wrote this book.
