He is the founder Director of ZenBiz ( A premiere company in Strategic HR consulting, Corporate Training & Human Re-engineering).Over the last two decades he has relentlessly motivated individuals from all walks of life towards Personal Effectiveness and self improvement. Born and raised in Pune, Mr. John Mark holds a Management degree in Human Resources from Pune University and has served as a faculty at a couple of Business schools in the city. Through his early work with business graduates he discovered a pressing need for the ideology of self realisation and personal development and therefore strived hard to bring these ideas to a wider category of audience. He also has to his credit a degree in applied psychology from the Fergusson college of arts Pune.
