Keshav Hasani is a third-year student currently pursuing advanced diploma in international hospitality administration from IIHM (International Institute of Hotel Management) New Delhi. The idea of writing this book occurred to the author while attending the major classes of housekeeping. As he would take notes on each topic, he thought of writing a book that would help students crack their interview.
