Prafulla Chaulia is a doctorate in Political Science from Andhra University and has the experience of teaching post-graduate students at Sambalpur University. He has vast experience of working in civil service, having maximum years of exposure to land administration and the distinction of working as District Magistrate and Collector of three most backward districts of Odisha. Ever since he has been teaching in training classes of administrative officers on land issues and a regular columnist on the subject in newspapers. His first book on the political economy of India, “Kalaku Gabakshya” in Odia was published in 2017.
