R.L.Pratham was born on 14 th December 1954 in a Buddhist family at Kairana Dist.Muzaffar Nagar (U.P)
During his young age, he worked for social justice. During the tough period of his life (1978-1984) he did MA in Political Science from Delhi University. After remaining a competitor for civil services, he joined as Direct Officer in a nationalised Bank. He devoted his life for the social justice cause, although he can raise up to General Manager post by the dedication of his services only in a Bank area.
Thought of writing this book may be able to give directions to the young generation in a civilized society.
