The Writer of the book Rajeev Tyagi is Currently working as Vice President (EHS) with Bajaj Group and beholding all the operation of EHS department at corporate level of 14 Sugar Mills, 6 Distilleries & 6 Coal based Thermal Power Plants. He has a versatile experience about “25 years” in Environment Management especially in Effluent Treatment. The writer has also done significant work in the development of press mud based ‘controlled bio-composting’ in distilleries for the effective use for Zero Liquid Discharge as well as to form a good quality compost. Earlier to this, the writer has worked with various companies which are the pioneer in the Design and supply of effluent treatment plants, Troubleshooting, environmental auditing, revamping of existing ETPs to new technologies ,developing of new technologies etc. The writer has also worked for handling, management & disposal of various types of solid waste & hazardous waste etc.
