He is a retired military officer of the Ghana Armed Forces with over a two and half decades of experience in defence strategy, security risk and resilience leadership. Major Dr Ebenezer Kwakye Agyemang has expansive local and international experience in defence and security in Africa and the Middle East. In the Army, he was once a Staff Officer for Intelligence and Operations at the Headquarters of the Northern Command of the Ghana Army and a Directing Staff at the Ghana Army Combat Training School. He is a graduate of the prestigious Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (Senior Division). He is a double masters and doctorate degree holder. As a researcher, his doctoral thesis was adjudged ‘Maxime Practica Propositum’, in his cohort year group. Ebenezer seamlessly combines his military experience with civil practice in this delivery.
