Dr. Milind, presently working as a Professor and Dean- School of Business, Sushant University- Gurugram. He has recently moved from Professor & Principal- College of Management and Technology NSHM Knowledge Campus Durgapur and Kolkata. Dr. Milind worked for corporate house Tata, Ministry of Tourism Government of India and International education organisation University of Huddersfield, U.K. He has Ph.D. from Banasthali University in Management, MBA-HRM, M.A. Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Enterprise Management (I.I.T-Delhi) and B.Sc. Zoology(H) Dr.Milind is Certified from CMI-Chartered Management Institute U.K. Level-5 Certificate in Management and Leadership- This was a joint program from AICTE-UKIERI program. This book is an outcome of his Doctoral research from Banasthali Vidyapith, Banasthali.
