Uday Goyat

Uday Goyat is a high school student and is fluent in Haryanvi, Hindi, and English. Like many other families, his family's move to urban areas made him lose touch with the Haryanvi culture. He empathizes with other such Haryanvi families and has translated some folk music in order to immerse the new generation, who may not be fluent in Haryanvi, to still keep in touch with their roots. He hopes to translate more work in the coming future.
