DIGITALIZATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES – A Systems Approach

Dr. L R Chary, former executive director of the Shipping Corporation of India, a Ph.D. in Control Systems Engineering and Automation, has straddled the two distinct worlds of academic research and corporate responsibility for over three and a half decades with equal ease. He has to his credit over thirty research publications, has presented papers at various conferences, worldwide and has published a book on management science. A recipient of several awards, Dr. Chary is a maritime consultant and a distinguished maritime academician.  

Mallika Ladi who has had a brilliant academic career is a commerce graduate with distinction, an inter CA and CS, a certified SAP- FICO consultant, and an entrepreneur. Under Dr. Chary’s mentorship, she is probably the first accounts professional to master the art of applying advanced systems engineering concepts for the analysis, synthesis, and integration of accounting systems and processes, as presented in this book.
