Nikita Dobhal was born on 1, January, 1996 in the Yoga Capital of India, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. She is the second child of Dobhal family. She lives in Rishikesh with her parents and a younger brother. She has an elder sister and a younger brother. She had completed her Bachelor of Arts from Pt. L.M.S Govt. Post Graduate College, Rishikesh. She had started writing since she was in her graduation. She has also accomplished one Year Diploma in Advance Financial Accounting from Lal Bahadur Shastri Training Institute. Currently, she is pursuing her LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Laws from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. Before starting this book, she had completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. After that, she has also worked as a legal intern in an intellectual property law firm. She has presented different presentations on legal topic in many international conferences.
