Bharat Ki Padosi Pratham Neeti

Girish Chandra Pande is a retired Joint Director from the Ministry of culture and a published author in leading Hindi magazines and newspapers. In his 38 years of State and Central Govt service, he has served various Government of India ministries.

With a master's degree in Sociology and Hindi, he has also a deep interest in foreign relations. Over the past 30 years, Girish has authored 150+ articles on socio-political issues in some of the leading newspapers, magazines like Pratiyogita Darpan, Yojna, Kurukshetra, Jansatta, Rashtriya Sahara, Navbharat Times, Amar Ujala to name a few.

An ardent lover of  Hindi, post-retirement he is working towards making understanding of International politics more accessible to everyone, especially students.
