बृज किशोर पांडेय का जन्म 01 जनवरी 1980 को बिहार राज्य के कैमूर जिला के बसहीं ग्राम में हुआ। वे मगध विश्वविद्यालय के अनुग्रह नारायण महाविद्यालय से गणित विषय में प्रतिष्ठा के साथ स्नातक (विज्ञान) की शैक्षणिक योग्यता प्राप्त करने के बाद राज्य सिविल सेवा हेतु चयनित हुए। हिंदी साहित्य एवम दर्शन शास्त्र में इनकी विशेष अभिरुचि रही है। इन दो विद्याओं का उन्होंने स्वाध्यायपूर्वक अध्ययन किया। इसके अतिरिक्त भारतीय संस्कृति एवं इतिहास में भी इनकी विशेष अभिरुचि रही है। इसके पूर्व इनकी कविताएं विभिन्न पत्र-पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशित हो चुकी हैं।

मैने यह कविताएँ क्यो बनाई,
मेरी समझ में यह ऐसे आई,
आसपास का माहोल जो देखा,
